Sinar College is registered as a Private Institute of Higher Learning under the Private Higher Education Act, 1996 on the 17th of July, 2001. 


It is also a registered tuition provider with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom (UK), under the University and College Registration Scheme (UCRS) since 2006. The College exclusively provides tuition for the ACCA Professional Scheme as well as the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Programme. 

Sinar College

Sinar College is also appointed as Programme Manager of the University Malaya Centre of Continuing Education (UMCCed) to offer Executive Diploma courses.

Sinar College also has a strategic collaboration with Benefit Prep (M) Sdn. Bhd.. Benefit Prep is the leading standardized test preparation center in Malaysia; with proven track record in producing top-scoring students. With this collaboration, Sinar College now proudly offers a combination of courses for a variety of standardized tests, fully customizable to suit individual needs.
