Philea Resort & Spa, Melaka

Chinese New Year is incomplete without Yee Sang or ‘Lo Hei’.

It is common to find Yee Sang as the starter for Chinese New Year meals and is best enjoyed with large groups of family and friends, voicing aloud auspicious wishes to one another.

Each of the numerous ingredients, including salmon, pomelo, radish, to name a few, are all symbolic of tidings of abundance, success and fortune for the coming New Year.

The 'Sau Gong Jau' or appreciation meals, marking the end of a good year are perfect for company get-togethers to show your gratitude and share some delicious memories with your staff or customers.

Indulge in these specially prepared menus by Master Chef Wang and his culinary team. And don't forget to toss up some good luck with our Yee Sang offerings.

For reservations, call our F&B Dept at 06-289 3399 or email: fb@phileahotel.com.my.
