A host of local and international delicacies await you this Ramadan at A’Famosa Resort Melaka. With over 20 stalls serving main dishes and appetising desserts and drinks, these and more are specially prepared by the culinary team at Golfer’s Terrace Restaurant, eager to make your iftar a memorable affair. 

Begin with an appetiser from the varieties of ulam that include Sambal Tempoyak, Sambal Budu, Cincaluk, Sambal Cili Manis and Sambal Manga Pedas.

At the International Appetiser Stall, take your pick from Pan Seared Mussell with Grilled Zucchini Salad, Pencil of Asparagus with Country Chicken Toast and Cold Pineapple Salsa. Supplement these with a bowl of soup from the Soup Stall serving Sup Ekor Cendawan Hitam Bersuhun or Corn Soup with Crab Meat.

Then move on to the main course with Seafood Percik Pizza, Chicken Satay Pizza and Beef Rendang Pizza at the Malaysian Pizza Stall or enjoy homemade fresh pasta at the Pasta Station Stall. Chinese delicacies such as assorted steam or fried Dim Sum and pau can be found at the Dim Sum Stall while Braised Pacific Clam with Vegetables and Stir Fried Beef with Black Pepper Sauce are available at the Chinese Section Stall. Steamboat enthusiasts can dip their favourites into chili, sweet or peanut sauce freshly prepared at the Steamboat Stall.

For a taste of home, head to the Traditional Kampung Cuisine Stall where you can feast on Nasi Tumis Daun Kari, Ketam Kari Kandar, Sotong Kalio dengan Rebung, Nangka Muda Lemak Cili Padi denganTulang Ikan Masin and Kambing Masak Pedas Lada Hitam. Savour a host of other lip-smacking dishes at the Incredible India Stall or simply enjoy Charcoal Grilled Chicken, Lamb and Squid Satay, Otak Otak, Lamb Chop and a variety of fish at the Aneka Panggang Serantau Stall.

Top it off with desserts at the Malaysian Dessert Stall and indulge in the pastry chef’s selection of Malay kuih such as dodol, kuih cakar ayam, bahulu, kuih sepit, Kurma Pound Cake and more. Chocolate lovers fret not as there is the Chocolate Fountain Stall where fresh strawberries, grapes, marshmallows, chocolate Éclairs, baguettes and selected dates tease and tempt the palate.

Don’t miss out on hand-picked signature dishes such as Kambing Golek, Ayam Golek Percik Sri Menanti, Sambal Pecal Mahligai, Kambing Panggang Rempah Raja, Ikan Siakap Masak Tempoyak, Burung Puyuh Goreng Rempah Asli, Bubur Durian and Dadih Kelapa Berjalur Blueberry which will take your taste buds on an incredible journey of flavours.
